We are looking for an IT Support Specialist for our team with location in Tallinn, Estonia. You willbe serving end-users on the 2nd level support. The work is mainly initiated by service requests orincidents that are tracked in the ticketing tool. The 2nd level supports the 1st level by being anescalation channel for incidents, providing documentation and knowledge base articles.
The end-user support services are focusing on the digital end-user workspace, which is coveringthe PC, mobile devices (phones, iPads), printers and any PC connected peripherals. Other local infrastructure support tasks might be included in the daily tasks as well.
You will be in close interaction with theend-users either by phone, PC remote control,e-mail or physically, meaning that the personneeds to be customer service oriented and beable to communicate in a clear and structuredway.
The job also requires accuracy tomanage all changes in the different tools andsystems. Onsite visits are an integral part of thework which means that driver’s license andtravelling within the Baltic countries arerequired.
